Orders under CAD 148 are not eligible for free shipping.
Orders of CAD 148 or more qualify for free shipping or free GTA delivery.
Orders under CAD 148 may be picked up in person or shipped at the customer’s expense.
1. 邮寄的订单 Orders by mail
如需邮寄，请先通过本网站在线下单或Interac e-Transfer完成付款。付款后，我们将确认您的订单并安排发货。
For shipped orders, please place your order and complete payment through this website or Interac e-Transfer.
Once payment is received, we will confirm your order and arrange shipment.
退货 Returns
如果收到商品后发现尺寸或实际效果不合适，您可以在收到商品后的 24 小时内联系我们申请退货。
退回商品必须保持收到时的原始状态，包括：

原始吊牌完整且未拆除；
-
商品未经外穿、洗涤、修改或使用；
-
无污渍、化妆品痕迹、香水或其他明显异味；
-
无拉丝、勾丝、破损或其他人为造成的损坏；
-
商品及原有配件须完整退回。
非商品质量问题产生的退货，退回邮费由顾客自行承担。原订单已经产生的邮寄或配送费用不予退还。
我们收到退回商品后会进行检查。确认商品符合以上退货条件后，将在7个工作日内通过原付款方式办理退款。实际到账时间可能因银行或支付机构而有所不同。
如商品不符合以上退货条件，我们保留拒绝退款的权利。
If the item is not the right fit or does not work for you, you may request a return by contacting us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Returned items must remain in their original condition:

All original tags must remain attached and unremoved;

Items must not have been worn outside, washed, altered, or used;

Items must be free from stains, makeup, perfume, or other noticeable odours;

Items must be free from pulls, snags, damage, or other customer-caused defects;
-
All original accessories must be returned with the item.
For returns unrelated to a product defect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive your return, the item will be inspected. If the return meets the conditions above, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
Little Fortune reserves the right to decline a refund if the returned item does not meet the conditions above.
2. 自取的订单 Orders by Pickup
自取订单仅支持网站付款、现金支付或微信支付。如选择预约看货，无需提前支付订金。您可以现场查看商品的颜色、尺寸、面料及整体状态，确认购买后再完成全额付款。
由于顾客在购买前已有机会现场查看并确认商品，现场查看并确认购买的商品均视为 Final Sale（最终销售），购买完成后不接受因尺寸、颜色、个人喜好或其他非质量原因产生的退换货。
Pickup orders may be paid by website payment, cash, or WeChat Pay. No deposit is required for viewing appointments. Customers may inspect the item in person, including its colour, size, fabric, and overall condition, before confirming the purchase and making full payment.
As customers have the opportunity to inspect the item before purchase, items viewed and confirmed in person are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to sizing, colour preference, change of mind, or other non-defect reasons.

3. 配送的订单 Orders by Delivery (GTA only)
配送的订单仅支持网站付款/现金支付/微信支付
Delivery orders are payable via website payment, cash, or WeChat Pay only.
GTA 配送服务适用于意向商品总金额满 CAD 148 的订单。
GTA Delivery Viewing is available for pre-selected items with a combined value of CAD 148 or more.
对于已经选定商品、有明确购买意向，但希望在购买前亲自查看实物的顾客，我们可在 GTA 范围内安排配送看货。配送时间及范围需提前与我们确认。
For customers who have selected their items and are interested in purchasing but would like to see the pieces in person first, we offer GTA Delivery Viewing. Delivery time and availability must be arranged with us in advance.
关于配送订单的付款方式
本店采用 “订金 + 尾款” 方式付款：

下单后需支付 $50 CAD 订金 （接受网站付款/微信支付/Interac e-Transfer）以确认订单。

订金需在送货前一天完成支付。

CAD $50 订金将直接抵扣商品货款，剩余尾款将在送货到门时以 现金支付。
取消配送订单与退款说明
我们理解购买前的犹豫，因此提供以下安排：

送货前取消
在发货前，订单可随时取消。订金将全额退还。

送货后取消（适用于GTA线下配送订单）
如果商品已经送达，但您在现场查看后决定不购买，可将商品直接交还给我们，已支付的订金将全额退还。
我们希望您在购买前有机会亲自感受商品的面料、颜色与细节，尤其是真丝及宋锦面料在不同光线下可能呈现 与照片不同的质感与光泽。

尾款支付后
如果已经完成付款并收下商品，您仍可在收到商品后的 24 小时内联系我们申请退货。退回商品必须保持原始状态，吊牌不得拆除，且不得外穿、洗涤、修改、弄脏或出现香水、化妆品、异味、拉丝、勾丝、破损等影响再次销售的情况。非商品质量问题产生的退货，将商品退回 Little Fortune 所产生的费用由顾客自行承担。收到退回商品并检查确认符合退货条件后，我们将在7个工作日内通过原付款方式办理退款。已经产生的配送费用不予退还。

For pre-selected items with a combined value under CAD 148, we welcome you to arrange a complimentary in-person viewing at our Fairview Mall pickup location.
Payment Methods for Delivery Orders
We operate on a “Deposit + Balance” payment structure:

A $50 CAD deposit (via online payment, Wechat payment or Interac e-Transfer) is required upon placing your order to confirm the reservation.

The deposit must be completed one day prior to delivery.

The CAD $50 deposit will be applied toward your purchase, and the remaining balance is payable in cash upon delivery.
GTA Area Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that purchase decisions may require careful consideration. The following arrangements apply:
Cancellation Before Delivery

Orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch.

The deposit will be fully refunded.
Cancellation Upon Delivery

If the item has been dispatched and delivered, but you decide not to proceed with the purchase:

After Purchase

After completing your purchase and accepting the item, you may still request a return by contacting us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

The item must remain in its original condition with all original tags attached. It must not have been worn outside, washed, altered, stained, damaged, or exposed to perfume, makeup, noticeable odours, pulls, snags, or other conditions that may affect resale.

For returns unrelated to a product defect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to Little Fortune.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Any delivery charges already incurred are non-refundable.
商品质量问题 Product Issues

如您收到的商品存在明显质量问题，或收到的商品与订单不符，请在收到商品后的24小时内联系我们，并提供清晰的照片或视频，我们会尽快核实并协助处理。
我们的部分商品采用桑蚕丝、宋锦、红云纱及其他传统织造面料。天然真丝纤维及传统织造工艺可能产生轻微的织纹、纹理或色泽差异；同时，商品颜色也可能因拍摄光线及不同显示设备而略有差异。此类自然特征不属于商品质量问题。
Every item is carefully inspected before shipment or handover.
If you receive an item with a noticeable defect or an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and provide clear photos or videos so that we can review the issue and assist you.
Some Little Fortune pieces are made from mulberry silk, Song Brocade, Gambiered Silk, and other traditionally woven fabrics. Minor variations in weave, texture, and appearance are natural characteristics of these materials and craftsmanship. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings. These natural variations are not considered product defects.
