未满 CAD 168 的订单，可选择当面取货，或邮费自理邮寄。
Orders under CAD 178 are not eligible for free shipping.
Orders of CAD 178 or more qualify for free shipping or free GTA delivery.
Orders under CAD 178 may be picked up in person or shipped at the customer’s expense.
1. 邮寄的订单 Orders by mail
如需邮寄，请先通过 本网站在线下单完成付款。付款后，我们将确认您的订单并安排发货。
For shipped orders, please place your order and complete payment through this website.
Once payment is received, we will confirm your order and arrange shipment.
2. 自取的订单 Orders by Pickup
自取订单仅支持网站付款、现金支付或微信支付。预约看货无需支付订金，确认购买时全额付款即可。
Pickup orders are payable via website payment, cash, or WeChat Pay only. No deposit is required for viewing appointments. Full payment is due upon purchase confirmation.

3. 配送的订单 Orders by Delivery (GTA only)
配送的订单仅支持网站付款/现金支付/微信支付
Offline orders are payable via website payment, cash, or WeChat Pay only.
关于配送订单的付款方式
本店采用 “订金 + 尾款” 方式付款：

下单后需支付 $50 CAD 订金 （接受网站付款/微信支付/Email Tansfer）以确认订单。

订金需在送货前一天完成支付。

剩余尾款将在送货到门时以 现金支付。
取消配送订单与退款说明
我们理解购买前的犹豫，因此提供以下安排：

送货前取消
在发货前，订单可随时取消。订金将全额退还。

送货后取消（适用于GTA线下配送订单）
若商品已发出并送达，但您现场决定不购买：订金可退还，但将扣除 $20CAD（往返配送及人工费用）。剩余定金部分将退回。

尾款支付后
尾款一经支付，商品即视为售出。我们的作品采用 100% 桑蚕丝真丝材质，包括以传统工艺织就的宋锦面料。真丝材质较为娇贵，为确保品质与卫生，售出商品不支持退换服务。
Payment Methods for Delivery Orders
We operate on a “Deposit + Balance” payment structure:

A $50 CAD deposit (via online payment, Wechat payment or EMT) is required upon placing your order to confirm the reservation.

The deposit must be completed one day prior to delivery.

The remaining balance is payable in cash upon delivery.
GTA Area Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that purchase decisions may require careful consideration. The following arrangements apply:
Cancellation Before Delivery

Orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch.

The deposit will be fully refunded.
Cancellation Upon Delivery

If the item has been dispatched and delivered, but you decide not to proceed with the purchase:

The deposit will be refunded minus $20CAD to cover round-trip delivery and handling costs.

The remaining deposit amount will be returned.

After Final Payment

Once the remaining balance has been paid, the item is considered final sale.

All products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
