Shipping & Returns

To help you shop with confidence, Little Fortune accepts eligible return requests made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Many of our pieces are crafted from 100% mulberry silk, including traditionally woven Song Brocade and Gambiered Silk fabrics. As silk is a delicate natural material, returned items must remain unused, undamaged, and in their original resellable condition.

Returns

If the size, style, or overall appearance of your item does not work for you, please contact us to request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• All original tags must remain attached and unremoved;

• The item must not have been worn outside, washed, altered, or used;

• The item must be free from stains, makeup, perfume, or other noticeable odours;

• The item must be free from pulls, snags, damage, or other customer-caused defects;

• All original accessories must be returned with the item.

Little Fortune reserves the right to decline a refund if an item is returned with removed tags or shows signs of wear, washing, stains, odours, damage, alteration, or any other condition that affects its ability to be resold.

​Return Shipping & Refunds

For returns unrelated to a product defect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to Little Fortune.

Original shipping or delivery charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return, the item will be inspected. If the return meets the conditions above, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation & GTA Delivery

GTA Delivery Viewing is available for pre-selected items with a combined value of CAD 148 or more.

• Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Any deposit paid will be fully refunded.

• Deciding Not to Purchase Upon Delivery

For GTA delivery orders, if the item has already been delivered but you decide not to proceed with the purchase after viewing it in person, you may simply return the item to us at the time of delivery. Your deposit will be fully refunded, with no additional cancellation fee.

• We understand that the colour, texture, details, and natural lustre of silk and Song Brocade can be difficult to fully appreciate through photographs. We want you to have the opportunity to see the piece in person and feel confident about your purchase before making your final decision.

• If you need to cancel a scheduled delivery, we kindly ask that you contact us before we depart whenever possible.

You may confirm the fit and design before making your purchase decision. Because customers purchasing in person have the opportunity to inspect and confirm the item before payment, items viewed and purchased in person are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return due to sizing, colour preference, change of mind, or other non-defect reasons.

Product Issues

Every item is carefully inspected before shipment or handover.

If you receive an item with a noticeable defect or an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and provide clear photos or videos so that we can review the issue and assist you.

Mulberry silk, Song Brocade, Gambiered Silk, and other traditionally woven fabrics may naturally have subtle variations in weave, fibre texture, and appearance. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings. These natural characteristics are part of the material and craftsmanship and are not considered product defects.
