Orders are carefully prepared and packed once confirmed. Shipping availability and costs depend on the order amount and the selected delivery method.

Orders under CAD 168 are not eligible for free shipping.
Orders of CAD 168 or more qualify for free shipping.
Orders under CAD 168 may be picked up in person or shipped at the customer’s expense.

订单金额满 CAD 168，可享受包邮。
未满 CAD 168 的订单，可选择当面取货，或邮费自理邮寄。
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
目前，小手有福的所有商品在尾款支付完成后均为最终售出（Final Sale），恕不支持退换。
我们的作品采用 100% 桑蚕丝真丝材质，包括以传统工艺织就的宋锦面料。
真丝材质较为娇贵，为确保品质与卫生，商品一经完成最终付款，不支持退换服务。
关于取消与拒收说明
为让您安心购买，我们提供以下安排：

发货前取消
在商品发货前，订单可随时取消，已支付定金将全额退还。

送达时决定不购买
若商品已送达，但您现场决定不购买，定金将退还，但会扣除 $20 CAD（往返配送及人工费用），剩余定金部分将退回。

尾款支付后
尾款一经支付，商品即视为售出，不支持退换。

At Little Fortune, all items are considered final sale once the remaining balance has been paid in full.
Our pieces are made from 100% mulberry silk, including traditional silk brocade (Song brocade) fabrics. Silk is a delicate natural material, and to ensure quality and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after final payment.
Order Cancellation & Delivery Refusal
To provide peace of mind before purchase, we offer the following arrangements:

Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch.
Any deposit paid will be fully refunded.

Refusal Upon Delivery
If the item has been dispatched and delivered, but you decide not to proceed with the purchase upon arrival:
Your deposit will be refunded, a $15 CAD fee will be deducted to cover round-trip delivery and handling costs. The remaining portion of the deposit will be returned.

After Final Payment
Once the remaining balance has been paid, the item is considered sold. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
